Tenant Screening Package
This in-house screening is the full suite of tenant screening services. Requests can be expedited or results can be verbally provided to you over the phone at an additional fee. You will receive your report within 24 hours.
Includes:
- Summary sheet from AASCW including amount in collections, public judgements, P&L write-offs & bankruptcies
- State-wide criminal background
- State-wide eviction history
- Full credit report including credit score, credit summary, Trans Alerts and High Risk Fraud Alerts
- Requires credit certification
If an applicant is declined after pulling a credit report, the Adverse Action Letter is federally required to be used to inform the applicant.
Consumer and personal information for certification and credit requests cannot be emailed.
Online Credit Reports
This web-based credit service provides landlords with the ability to instantly obtain credit reports 24-hours a day, 7 days a week from the convenience of your home or office.
Includes:
- Credit score, credit summary and High Risk Fraud Alerts
- Individual reports only. The online portal does not accept joint reports.
- Requires credit certification
This service requires users to log in to their account once every 30 days in order for the account to remain active. If you cannot access your account, contact AASCW at customerservice@aascw.org or (608) 826-6226.

Eviction Screening
This in-house service provides only a statewide eviction screening of applicants.
Includes:
- Results from AASCW of the applicant’s eviction history
- For AASCW Members Only
- Does not require certification
