The rental application process/requirements for the home are:

1.The term of the lease is for 11 months.

2.Fill out the application on line (complete with current landlord phone number, DOB and social security number).

3.A $20 fee/per person over the age of 18 that will be residing at the home.

4.The application fee must be paid on line or sent/dropped off at the office. NO CASH will be accepted.

5.Copy of a photo ID per person over the age of 18 that will be residing at the home

6.Copy of 1 months pay stubs or proof of monthly income per person over the age of 18 that will be residing at the home

7.Real Property Management will do a background check, criminal check, credit check, eviction check, landlord reference check and employment verification.

8.A gross monthly salary must be $1837

9.The security deposit is $735

10.The monthly rent is $735

11.RPM does not accept rent assistance/housing vouchers/Section 8.

12.If you have had past evictions or felonies in the last 5 years your application will NOT be processed.

13.If you have pets and the home you are applying for accepts the pet(s):

(1 dog 40 lbs. or less or 1 cat allowed)

1.An additional $250.00 security deposit is required

2.A monthly $25.00 pet rent required per pet

14.Breed & weight restrictions do apply for pets, please contact the office.

15.All information for each application must be in the office within 48 hours.

16.If accepted, lease must be signed within 72 hours (3 days).

17.Tenant responsible for:

Gas & electric utilities

60% of the water/sewer/trash bill

Lawn care & snow removal (need to provide own equipment)
