• Summary sheet from AASCW including amount in collections, public judgements, P& L writeoffs & bankruptcies
• Criminal background check
• Eviction history check
• Full credit report that includes the FICO Score, credit summary, Hawk Fraud Alerts
• Cost: Members - $16 Individual, $21 Joint (married couple)
• Cost: Non-Members - $31 Individual, $36 Joint (married couple)
• Requires credit certification
