• Summary sheet from AASCW including amount in collections, public judgements, P& L writeoffs & bankruptcies
• Criminal background check
• Eviction history check
• Full credit report that includes the FICO Score, credit summary, Hawk Fraud Alerts
• Cost: Members - $15 Individual, $20 Joint
• Cost: Non-Members - $30 Individual, $35 Joint
• Requires credit certification
