Announcing GreatMadisonApartments.com
Posted: 5/15/07May 15, 2007 --The Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin announces the roll out of two brand new apartment marketing services for apartment shoppers to find and view great, professionally managed apartments.
Great Madison Apartments.com and Great Wisconsin Apartments.com have been developed by AASCW to provide an easy to use, cost effective vacancy marketing tool for association members, while assisting shoppers and residents with additional housing resources.
The new websites will be marketed by the association in the Madison metropolitan area and surrounding counties.
This exciting new apartment marketing program is a membership service, provided at no cost to AASCW members to advertise their properties.
Developed to provide apartment shoppers with 1,000's of great apartment choices that are all professionally managed by AASCW members, Great Madison Apartments and Great Wisconsin Apartments also provides residents with information on specials and community resources.
Members of AASCW will receive 5" x 5" cling decals to place on office or property doors/windows, letting apartment shoppers know the property is professionally managed by an AASCW member.
Members with their own existing websites or advertising on other's websites are able to list their property and save time and labor by linking to the websites they are already on. Photos may be easily placed on the sites.
