Membership Dues
The amounts listed below include the membership dues for both the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin and the $75 initiation fee. Your dues may not be deducted as a charitable contribution, however they may be partially deducted as an ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please include all units you own or manage.
Include any units you or your company manages for others through a fee management agreement, as long as the owners of the fee managed property are not already members themselves for those particular units.
Include all units you own, solely or in partnership with others, unless those partners are already members for specific units you are not including under your membership.
Prorated memberships are not allowable under the bylaws.
