Associate Membership

AASCW helps build productive relationships between our General Members who operate more than 40,000 rental units across South Central Wisconsin and the businesses who provide services to the rental housing industry.

As an Associate Member, you receive a mailing list of all our members set up in Excel for ease in mailing, in your choice of electronic or hard copy format.

You also receive as a part of your membership dues, advertising with publication of your business name, contact information and your services, in the category of your choice on AASCW's website.

Inclusion of your brochures, coupons, or special offers, business cards or collateral marketing materials in our new member packets, that are given to each new member upon joining the association.

A free, initial 1/8 page advertisement in AASCW's quarterly newsletter Insights or a free one month website advertisement, as well as the opportunity to advertise in InSights & the web at reduced rates for members only, this includes minimal graphic design costs if required for display ads or flyers, and very cost effective insertion rates.

Low cost sponsorship of membership meeting. . . capture your target market with a $50 sponsorship, which gets you in front of your audience for a brief presentation, allows for table top display at the meeting and face to face networking before and after your presentation. Bring plenty of business cards with you! If you want to sponsor a prize for a meeting drawing, call the office in advance to have it advertised with the meeting flyers.

Receive a business listing in our directory, and have the opportunity to advertise at members-only low rates, reaching landlords, vendors, media, & elected officials in this annual publication.

Participate in AASCW's annual trade show..exhibit your products and participate as a speaker. In 2006, more than 300 property managers and landlords attended the show and seminar.
